“Embrace the harmony of life’s ceaseless chaos, for our brightest hope is often born from the darkest places” – Becca Lee

Have you ever wondered why mental health issues are on the increase? Is it because we’ve simply lost our sense of joy?

We stay in situations, be it a job or relationship, often well beyond its expiry date. We copy the model of society, even if it feels uncomfortable. It’s so interesting to observe how our “protective personality” will always find excuses to stay stuck when our soul calls for expansion.

Perhaps it’s because it’s familiar and change feels scary?

Perhaps it’s because we’ve already invested X number of years and the loss would feel too great?

Perhaps it’s because we don’t want to acknowledge our own mistakes?

And, perhaps there are also much deeper reasons beyond our current understanding?

As I persisted to unmask modern slavery, interactions with the individuals I was involved with started to get strange and confusing. My intuition was telling me that something was off, and I felt the need to retreat. Soon after, the entire world was told to stay home and stay safe as the pandemic took over our lives.

As I turned my focus inwards during this time, I recognised that there is a deeply ingrained fear of persecution that prevents us from claiming our wholeness. It puts a hole in our being, reinforcing the distortions and dysfunctional patterns of humanity. For me, this stage required me to recognise my people-pleaser traits (a childhood program that is very common among young girls) and claim my individuality and independence…

The complexities of the human psyche can be difficult to look at however, if we turn a blind eye to the darkness in the world, these shadows will continue to perpetuate the core of our essence and play out on the world stage.

Whether we’re aware of it or not, each of us are working through generations of trauma so that we can find our inner light and return to wholeness.

I believe that for healing and soul expansion to occur, it’s essential that we seek answers for ourselves. True transformation cannot happen whilst focusing solely on love and light and the pursuit of higher consciousness; we must confront the less visible traits. We must first become aware of the darkness that overshadows our lives (this is why I love guiding people through times of confusion, because my innate gift as a visionary enables them to get to the heart of the matter and find the courage to take revolutionary steps to live their highest potential).

Together, we make the unconscious conscious.

Once we see and feel these patterns clearly, we can integrate them and use this power to serve us, rather than disturb us; ultimately lightening the load and freeing ourselves from deep-seated trauma. From my own experience, it is uncomfortable and certainly not easy, but time and time again, it proves to be the most rewarding process I undergo.

Why? Because on the other side, there is always a new level of confidence, wisdom, and a deepening of trust in my own mastery.

Awakening to your own personal authority takes courage and a deep knowing that chaos precedes transformation and peace. If life isn’t working the way you wanted and our world is in a destructive state, it is a result of these unintegrated shadows playing havoc in our lives. In order to progress on our journey of liberation, we need to remember the lessons of the past. Retracing our history and previous experiences play a pivotal role in manifesting new dreams into reality and a new way of BEing.

I love to hear from you – where in your life are you staying stuck in a program? Having considered my insights, what are you now willing to change about it?
