What if the sanctuary you found was just another cage — lined with gold, scented with lavender, and lit with sacred words?

A Beautiful Cage

They told me I was big. That I was brilliant, powerful. But only if I stayed silent. Only if I smiled and said thank you.

At first, I thought I’d found a sanctuary. But it was just another cage — lined with gold, scented with lavender, and lit with sacred words.

We thought grooming was for cults. But what if it simply put on lightworker robes and whispered love and light?

This is not about blame. This is about truth. And the moment I stopped confusing control with care, connection or belonging.

When the Light Was Not the Light

I had experienced this before — in workplaces, in my early days as an entrepreneur, and even in relationships. Systems that rewarded performance, required compliance, and punished clarity. But I was not prepared for the disillusionment of finding the same distortion hiding in spaces that claimed to be devoted to light.

It wasn’t until I reached a certain threshold that I began to see the false projections within organisations I had journeyed with — organisations that seemingly spoke the language of light. They offered promises of co-creation and paid opportunity, yet underneath lay layers of control, unspoken hierarchies, and subtle siphoning of light — often without due credit given.

But as my own light grew brighter — as my inner compass tuned itself to truth — I began to see the cracks. Not just in the surface, but in the foundations. Over time, I realised: my light was never the problem — it simply illuminated what others were not ready to see.

Unhealed distortion was clinging to light forged by others. And just like many of the systems we’ve come to recognise — education, politics, religion — the ones that do not truly serve the whole begin to crumble. Usually from within.

At first, it’s just a feeling. A subtle “offness.” You might ask yourself:

  • He speaks of the light… but why are we still going around in circles?
  • Where’s the joy and sovereignty of which he speaks?
  • Why haven’t I tasted it yet?

Just like a good politician, they sounded convincing — repeating words once channelled through a pure vessel, but now filtered through distortion.

Eventually, the pattern became clear: Those who had arrived full of radiance were slowly groomed for their light. Not to expand it — but to feed from it. And, just like a four-year term, you soon start to see their words once glittered with gold, were just that — glitter. Image over integration. Hierarchy disguised as mentorship. Charisma without coherence.

Those who had been loyal were praised and rewarded when they stayed in line. Discouraged when they questioned. And subtly cast out when they remembered too much. It was the same old grooming tactic — dressed in light: reward with status, opportunity, or money if you maintain the narrative. It feeds the ego, and sometimes the spiritual ego, creating the illusion of growth while siphoning true sovereignty.

Where the ego seeks approval, control, or validation from the outside world, the spiritual ego wears a subtler mask — cloaking those same needs in language of light. It may speak of surrender, service, or mastery, while silently seeking recognition, status, or control. It mimics evolution, but resists transformation. It can quote the teachings, but it often hides behind spiritual performance to avoid the deeper work of embodiment and humility.

But don’t take my word for it. What feels true to you? Are they of the light — or do they mimic the light?

Sometimes, the mimicry appears in those we once called sister — those who claimed resonance, but ultimately rejected truth. There are moments when the mask of collaboration reveals a quieter agenda. When proximity to your light becomes a platform to amplify their image. When devotion becomes deflection, and soul honouring becomes soul comparison. It’s not always loud. Sometimes, it’s subtle. Cloaked in shared missions and kind words — yet hollow underneath.

This, too, is a form of grooming. Not just to follow, but to remain silent when something feels off. To question your clarity in order to maintain the appearance of harmony.

This is the false exit — when ego masks as ascension. It may look like sovereignty. But it’s still shaped by performance. And in time, you will feel the difference.

Revealing the False Light

We are moving into an era of frequency. And frequency — not charisma, not credentials, not polished platforms — is what will guide us home.

Many speak of the light. But few truly embody the light.

False light doesn’t always wear a mask of darkness. Sometimes it’s wrapped in affirmation, laced with sacred geometry, and delivered with a smile.

It recycles wisdom that was once pure, but the resonance is off. The frequency doesn’t land. It feels hollow, coated, controlled.

It bypasses.
It flatters.
It silences your knowing by praising your potential — as long as it stays manageable.

Common signs:

  • Spiritual bypassing disguised as mastery
  • Saviour complexes cloaked in mentorship
  • Hierarchical structures that mimic sacred order, but demand obedience
  • Emphasis on image and performance over lived embodiment

Only when you complete much of your inner work do the veils begin to lift.
Only then do you start to see what is true and what is false.

Some teachers have only made it halfway.
And that’s as far as they can take you.
Because they haven’t found the way for themselves.

Yet, the distortion is not always deliberate. It may be unconscious — shaped by wounds not yet healed, power not yet purified, or light not yet anchored. We have all had moments like this on our path. What matters now is whether we choose to see, to grow, and to walk in greater truth.

Frequency: The True Language of the New Earth

Discernment in the New Earth won’t come from logic alone. It will come from resonance.

The question will not be, “Do their words sound good?” but rather, “Does their presence feel true?”

Frequency doesn’t lie.
And it cannot be faked.

Mastery of frequency isn’t about being high-vibe all the time. It’s about coherence. Congruence. Integrity. Can they hold their light in silence, not just on stage? Are they the same behind closed doors?

We are leaving behind the age of projection and entering the age of presence.

You’ll feel it:

  • When a message lands in your body, not just your mind
  • When a teacher reflects your own power, not their pedestal
  • When the space feels clean — not just energetically, but emotionally

Navigating the Aquarian Age

The Aquarian Age is not about perfecting your persona. It’s about becoming transparent.

True leaders will invite your own knowing. They will celebrate your freedom — even when it means walking a different path.

Here are some reflection questions to support your path:

  • Does this space honour your sovereignty, or subtly require conformity?
  • Do you feel more you — or less — after engaging with their teachings?
  • Is there space for questions? For healthy disagreement?
  • Do they model embodied truth, or just talk about it?
  • Are you growing in discernment, or losing touch with your own inner voice?

We are entering a time when control structures will dissolve from the inside out.
Not through rebellion — but through remembrance.

You are not here to follow blindly.
You are here to remember your truth and walk in light.

With a Conscious Heart,
Victoria
