Workplace wellbeing plays an important role in helping individuals and teams remain focused, balanced, resilient, and connected — in both work and life.
And yet the demands of modern life don’t pause at the office door. People arrive at work carrying the full weight of what it means to be human today — the mental load, the emotional complexity, the pace that rarely lets up.
When there is space to tend to that, something shifts. People become more present, more steady, more able to bring their best to the work in front of them.
Whether offered as part of a workplace wellbeing initiative, staff wellbeing day, or ongoing support programme, my sessions create space for restoration, reflection, and emotional reset.
Offerings
1:1 Sessions
Private sessions offering genuine restoration for individuals who would benefit from dedicated time to decompress, reset, and reconnect with themselves.
Each session is tailored to what the person brings. I offer hands-on healing — drawing on Reiki and intuitive energetic guidance — as well as the option for a more conversational, reflective session for those who wish to explore a specific challenge or question more deeply.

Group Energy Medicine Sessions (up to 12 participants)
Intimate, facilitated sessions to support whole-person wellbeing – addressing the mental, emotional, physical, and energetic layers of how stress accumulates and how it can be gently, practically released.
These guided sessions combine breath-body awareness, grounding practices, nervous system support, reflective teaching, and restorative energy-based practices to help participants reconnect with themselves beneath the pace and pressure of everyday life.
Rather than simply managing stress from the outside, the work supports people in finding steadiness within — so they can meet the demands of work and life from a more resourced place.
Sessions can support:
- mental clarity and emotional stability
- nervous system regulation to reduce stress and anxiety
- grounding and breath-body awareness
- resilience during periods of change or pressure
- improved focus, presence, and self-awareness
- a greater sense of steadiness and overall wellbeing
No previous experience is needed. Sessions are welcoming and accessible for people from all backgrounds.
